My current position is as an Advertising/Creative Services Manager for the world’s largest professional photographic association. I have experience in project management, marketing, advertising, graphic design, and event management. In this role I provide support for multiple departments by handling the management and production of all marketing campaigns and creative requests for the Sales, Publications and Circulation departments. My responsibilities are multi-fold and range from collecting assets from internal and external vendors, to creating promotional materials, to communicating these initiatives through various digital and print campaigns. I manage the timeline, scheduling and workflow of all projects. On a daily basis I work directly with the Design, Production, Events and Editorial departments. I handle all logistics by clarifying project scope, implementing our production plan and identifying areas for improvement.
In combination with this work experience, I recently continued my education with classes in digital marketing and graphic design. This training expanded my marketing knowledge and technical skills, providing me with a strong foundation in digital advertising strategy and visual design.

Professional Photographer magazine is the top wedding and portrait publication in the photographic industry with a circulation of 35,000. The association's yearly photographic conference attracts 10,000 - 12,000 attendees each year.
Manage the day-to-day project workflow, scheduling and timelines for all creative assets for the Advertising, Publications, and Circulation departments by tracking materials, monitoring progress and working with designers and vendors.
Collaborate on developing marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional materials to help increase customer acquisition, retention and sales revenue.
Communicate initiatives via e-mail campaigns, vendor newsletters, digital media, and various types of direct mail familiarizing our advertisers, sponsors and corporate partners of promotions and benefits.
Work as a liaison between our Advertising/Sales department and external vendors by collecting materials and overseeing delivery of assets and services.
Direct and oversee the implementation of all elements of sponsorship benefits for 20 - 30 sponsors for a yearly photographic trade show.
Collect all graphics, images and digital assets from all sponsors to create large-scale graphic displays. Ensure all assets are printed and displayed properly.
Maintain partnerships with various marquee clients such as Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, and Adobe, by providing superior customer service, tracking benefits, collecting materials and delivering assets.
Partner with the Publications and Marketing departments on promotional efforts to increase participation and engagement in the magazine, website and social media presence.
Supervise, manage, direct and provide guidance for the Advertising Services Coordinator.
